Canadian Dr. Norman Doidge is the bestselling author of The Brain That Changes Itself and a renowned research psychiatrist in his own right.

In addition to being on faculty at the University of Toronto’s Department of Psychiatry, Dr. Doidge has written more than 170 articles—scientific and popular—that have appeared across a variety of media outlets. He was also featured in the TVO, CBC and PBS special called The Brain Fitness Program which became the most successful PBS TV fund raising drive in history.

As well, the CBC’s The Nature of Things with David Suzuki developed a captivating documentary based on Dr. Doidge’s book The Brain That Changes Itself.
