The study goal is to determine the comparative effectiveness of continuously monitored daily regimes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity, BrainHQ, or mind-body training (meditation and tai chi), or their combinations relative to an attention control group in an 8-arm full-factorial randomized controlled trial looking at behavioral, chemical, physical, and structural and functional neurological outcomes.
